What do I need to bring?

A valid ID — national ID (NIDA), passport, driving licence or voter's card. The law requires us to record the identity of every client who exchanges money.

Are the rates on this website the rates I will get?

They are today's rates and are updated during the day. Rates can move, so the rate at the counter when you exchange is the one that applies.

Which currencies do you exchange?

Major global currencies — the ones in the rates table, and more on request. For a less common currency, message us first.

Can I exchange a large amount?

Yes. Reserve it on WhatsApp first so the cash is ready; you may be asked about the source of the funds.

Do you accept old or damaged notes?

Some old series or damaged notes cannot be accepted, or are bought at a different rate. Ask us at the counter.
